It’s not easy to find a really great eggplant Parmesan sub, but I finally did, and it was at this restaurant. Also had a veggie pizza which was equally as awesome. Great crust and the toppings tasted fresh. Really delicious food and now my go to Italian restaurant. The owner is really nice for an added bonus as well.
